• How long is the lead time? How fast can I receive the items?

Our gifts will be delivered to you in around 6-8 business days (Mon-Fri) after the day you order. Alternatively, you can opt for self-pickup which you can pickup as soon as the next working day if it falls on Tuesday - Thursday. The order cutoff time for next day pickup is 12pm.

• When are your pickup days?

Self-pickups at our studio are on Tuesday - Thursday between 1:30 - 4pm. You can find the pickup dates on our cart page once you have added the item to cart.

• Where is the pickup/ Where is your studio?

Our studio is located at 21 Woodlands Close #06-30, PRIMZ Bizhub.

• Can I arrange delivery to be before 6pm as my office will be empty after?

Our delivery is by SPX Express which we are not able to arrange the delivery timing. For office addresses, it will usually be delivered before 6pm based on our past deliveries. However, we are not able to guarantee.

Please only deliver to your office address if you are comfortable with this arrangement/it can be delivered after office hours. If you have added a note on the delivery timing for your office (such as 9am-6pm), we will indicate in the delivery remarks but please note that it is not 100% guaranteed.
