Shipping & Delivery

Our products are dispatched from Singapore. Choose between 3 delivery options:

1. Specific Date Delivery (9am - 5pm or 5-10pm): To view the delivery dates available, please add the product to cart and you can find the dates on the cart page. Delivery is available as soon as next working day - cut off time for next day delivery is 12pm.

2. Shipping: No specific date, delivers within a date range

• Express Delivery: 2-3 Business Days (Currently unavailable)
• Standard Delivery: 6-8 Business Days

3. Self-Pickup: To view the pickup dates available, please add the product to cart and you can find the dates on the cart page. Pickup is available as soon as next working day - cut off time for next day pickup is 12pm.

Shipping rates are calculated on the cart/checkout page. The shipping time stated is the number of days required for the items to reach you upon ordering. Please note that business days only include Monday-Friday.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number is correct. We are not liable for any wrong deliveries and we reserve the right to charge additional fees for redelivery. 

For deliveries to offices/corporate address, please ensure your Company Name is entered and your name indicated is identifiable at the front desk for easy delivery and identification.
