Refund policy

Please note that all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE unless an item is out of stock after an order is placed, or your order contains faulty/missing/wrong items.

Please double check your customisation input and the quantity of items added to cart before purchase. If you require your order to be expedited, please check with us before ordering, otherwise all orders will only be shipped/ready for pickup in the timeframe as stated.

Our return & exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.

If your item appears to be faulty upon receiving, you may drop us an email with an image of the item to request for a replacement. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned to be eligible for the exchange.
