Shipping policy

Our products are dispatched from Singapore and we only deliver within Singapore! Choose between 4 delivery/collection options:

1. Standard Delivery (via courier): No specific date, delivers within a date range. The lead time to process your order for delivery is 5-7 business days after your order date. After which, delivery will take roughly 1-3 days.

2. Express Delivery (via courier): No specific date, delivers within a date range. The lead time to process your order for delivery is 2-4 business days after your order date. After which, delivery will take roughly 1-3 days.

3. Priority Delivery: Delivers in 2-3 business days.

4. Self-Pickup: To view the pickup dates available, please add the product to cart and you can find the dates on the cart page. Pickups are available on Tuesday - Thursday, 1-4pm at our studio. Order before 12pm for next day pickup. (E.g. Order before Monday 12pm for pickup on Tuesday)

Shipping rates are calculated on the cart/checkout page. Please note that business days only include Monday-Friday.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number is correct. We are not liable for any wrong deliveries and we reserve the right to charge additional fees for redelivery. 

For deliveries to offices/corporate address, please ensure your Company Name is entered and your name indicated is identifiable at the front desk for easy delivery and identification.
